Hey I got the mechanism to turn on my free Singer 337 tonight. I checked and not sure but I think I ended up turning the washer in the hand wheel over. It is very stiff but is turning now. I looks like the grease on the worm gears is dried up and hard. But I think with that and some oil she may work. I think I will call her Robin because she is such a pretty "robin egg blue". Any one have a manual for one they would share? Now have to check the wiring before I plug her in.
Yes Billy, I'm listening, safety first!

I did a search for Singer 15 and found this blog. My machine looks like this one pictured. Is it the same one she is writing about? She even has links to manuals!!

Meet Miss Minnie, is this what a parlor cabinet is? I have a copy of a page in the 1908 sears catalog advertising Miss Minnie any info on her and where to find a manuel would be greatly appreciated . Billy or Charlie do either of you know how I can repair the top, where it looks like the paint or decal has been "sewn off?" Thanks for your help.
