I'm allergic to garbanzo beans, but thanks for offer. Yesterday DD and I picked lots of carrots, squashes and eggplants. The tomatoes don't like this hot weather.

There's several oil wicks in 301's top cover, just put a drop of oil in each one; also make sure you get a drop of oil in all the oil holes throughout the entire machine.
I just might have to get my 301 out and see if I can get her to make a pretty stitch.

Sharon, That's all been done. I will take the top off and sew with off it to see if I can pinpoint it even more. I hope it's just a whim of hers. I like that machine.

My tomatoes haven't done very well here in N. CA; the weather has be weird, goes hot than cold.
Where in Northen Calif are you. I am just a few north of Sacramento. Some tomatoes are doing great and some are not. Kathie

They are really the last of the great ones, and will do a variety of decorative and utility stitches. If you want to do anything besides SS and ZZ, these are the ones.

And that is saying a lot considering that I do not like electric machines!
