    Considering this a board about quilting and sewing machines, you probably won't get the response you are looking for. You might try a forum about computers or gaming.

    Sorry, it's unlikely anyone will be able to help, as Patrice said. Actually, this board is about antique and vintage sewing machines, which are mechanical (no computer parts). Maybe someone has knowledge that can help you, but I doubt it. Our threads about computerized machines are usually just rants and not very helpful.
