Default What machine would fit this cabinet:

My SIL sent us this link. Not a Singer cabinet so does anyone here have any idea what brand machine would have gone in it?

    TIA

My first impulse was a White and the fact that the base has a WHI visible confirms it for me.

    Judy,

Thanks. I totally missed the letters on the sides.

Can you tell me how the machine would mount in the cabinet? I can see the outline of where it used to be, but not clear enough to tell how it mounted.

I read on treadleon that this is referred to as the "twigs" cabinet

I would think that shaped piece lifts out - I have a 70s Singer cabinet that does that, then you install the White Family Rotary machine by its two hinges in the back like my portable.
