Decisions, decisions, decision. ........... Ain't that the truth.
The 338 may have been made for only two years, but the basic design and parts is very common. And if the one I have is any example they are not finicky or prone to breakage or other misbehaving. At least from my limited use of it.

there also needs to be 2 brackets in the front of the cabinet to hold the cradle, the trapezoid cabinet I have for my 301 has them. All my other Singer cabinets don't and the machine won't sit in there right.
