Default Wilcox-Gibbs with case and papers...

I have a bad case of drooling going on...My friend just got a Wilcox-Gibbs in her antique shop...machine is in very nice condition...needs to be rewired, and has the wooden case and paperwork with it.
I really wish that I had the extra cash right now. I know that I could put it on a credit card, but I try really hard to only use those for emergency. Unfortunately, this doesn't qualify as an emergency.

Here's to hoping that noone else knows what a treasure this little machine really is....

Ohhh is it one of those nifty chain stitching machines? If so, I would have a hard time resisting too.those are so cool.

Can you throw together a quick yard sale or sell a few extra things on Craigslist to make some fun money?

Drooling with you! Would your friend take a lay-a-way purchase? Good luck!

I suppose that she would do a layaway...but, I hate to ask. She has had so many medical bills lately.

It is way too hot for me to do a yard sale...it will be 100 again on Monday. I'm going to list a few things on Ebay that are from cleaning out my Aunt's stuff. She had a lot of new things that she didn't know that she had and rebought...may even list a few fabrics, here.
