I too have a 730 record in need of a cam gear, and foot pedal, and am not sure if you still have this machine. Please let me know if you are willing to part with the parts and if so how much, i'm in menifee ca.

Woot! woot! SUCCESS! I finally got the detent button to move! Yes! *doing the dance of joy! NOW, I can move forward with this machine. It's taken so long now, that I forgot what I am even doing with this machine. I'm sure I need to work the button more to get it really loosened up. I thought it was fully poked out, but once I got it to push in, I found out it was not fully poked out either.
I will still need to change that camstack gear. I'm a little nervous about that.
